Martin Rogers is currently a partner in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department, based in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Asia Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and Co-Head of the Asia Regulatory Group at Clifford Chance LLP. He has over 20 years' experience in Asia and is independently acknowledged as the market's leading litigation and regulatory lawyer.

Martin's appointments include: Country Representative for TRACE (global non-profit making anti-corruption organization) for the PRC and Hong Kong; Member of the Hong Kong Government Law Reform Commission Sub-Committee on the introduction of Class Action Procedures in Hong Kong; Fellow of the Hong Kong Securities Institute and Member of the Professional Events Sub-Committee as well as a Founding Member, Examiner, Member of Corporate Advisory Council, Hong Kong Securities Institute; Chairperson, SFC Share Registrars Disciplinary Committee.

Martin is also General Editor of the Hong Kong White Book, the authoritative civil justice procedure commentary used by the Hong Kong courts, Member of the Board and Honorary Lecturer of the Law School, City University of Hong Kong and Honorary Lecturer of the Law School University of Hong Kong
